The untimely (yet not remotely surprising) death of EliteXC has left a lot of questions in the MMA world. Like what will become of the fighter contracts (CBS / Showtime announced plans to auction them off? (what is this 1850?)
And what organization would take the place of EliteXC on CBS in the sole primetime network TV spot for MMA.
There has been wide speculation that Affliction would fill that void, and Tito Ortiz seemed to let it slip that that is the case at 1:35 mark in this video:
