First off, B.J. Penn has shown way more fight and heart since getting his ass handed to him by Georges St. Pierre than he did in his actual fight against Georges St. Pierre.

Since their UFC 94 bout, much has been made about St. Pierre greasing up (and a little has been made about some steroid usage too…yeah, I take steroids).

Penn really goes full throttle in his latest video, something that makes our MMA Fix video crew proud. Extra props for the Rush song towards the end. Just jab that knife in a little deeper there, B.J.
