The Ultimate Fighter 10 is just a day away. Yesterday they held a media day, where we caught up with Roy Nelson and Brendan Shaub (and Greg Jackson and Jon Bones Jones, those vids coming shortly).

Nelson talks about what it was like finding out Slice was on the show and having to fight him…as well as training in his friend’s apartment. Nelson’s opponent in the finale, Shaub, doesn’t think Nelson is a “boring fighter” as Dana White put it. And he expects to knock Nelson the fuck out.
